WELCOME TO THE 2012 PPA SUMMER CAMP BLOG!

Hello all,

The 2012 Summer Camp will be here before we know it! Here are a few things to keep in mind before the first day of camp on Thursday, July 5th!  (Friday, July 6th for 3 day participants)

1. All students should arrive to camp with the following:
•a LABELED fitted crib sheet and light blanket for rest time
•a LABELED gallon Ziploc bag filled with a complete change of clothes – T-shirt, shorts, socks, underwear (all LABELED).
•a lunch bag with beverages, snack, and lunch (insulated if desired)

2. Parents must remember to apply sunscreen to their child each day BEFORE coming to school. Park Prep Academy staff members may not apply sunscreen any student.

3. Arrival begins at 8:30 a.m. for all students. The camp day begins at 9:00 a.m. Early Birds (early drop-off) begins at 7:30 a.m. and is seven (7) dollars per day. If it is your child’s first day EVER at Park Prep, be sure to arrive closer to 8:00 a.m. to ensure enough time for introductions as well as a goodbye.

4. Half-day camp pick-up is at 11:45 a.m. and Full-day camp pick-up is at 3:00 p.m. Kids’ Club (after-care) begins at 3:15 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m. and is ten (10) dollars per hour.

5. LABEL, LABEL, LABEL EVERYTHING! Park Prep Academy is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
