Enrollment Procedure

Once a student has been offered admission to Park Prep Academy, parents will be sent a formal acceptance letter, along with complete enrollment materials including an enrollment contract, registration information, contact information forms, medical forms, and payment instructions.   Families will be expected to respond to an offer of admission within two weeks.  Failure to submit the required forms along with the required tuition amount by the designated due date will be considered forfeit of the admitted child’s position.
